Call tracking
When creating or configuring a Turbo site, you can enable call tracking using the Calltouch or CoMagic services. If you are subscribed to these services, use them to track calls.
When a user goes to the Turbo site, the specified phone number is automatically replaced with a number from the dynamic pool of your tracking service. You don't need to set up any additional static numbers or dynamic pools. By integrating these services, you can track and analyze customer calls from the Turbo site.
How to enable
- Get the codes for call tracking on the service website:
- Calltouch: ID of the Calltouch tag (mod_id) and the ID of the number pool. See the instructions on the service site.
- CoMagic: The site key and number ID. See the instructions on the service site or request a callback.
- In the Turbo Page Builder, click
to open the settings.
- Go to Call tracking, then select Calltouch or CoMagic.
In the Call Tracking ID field, enter the Calltouch tag ID or CoMagic site key.
If you use Calltouch, add the number pool ID from Calltouch to all sections that contain the phone number. To do this, go to Contacts. Click on the phone number, then enter the number pool ID into the ID of Calltouch substituted number field.
If you use CoMagic, add the substituted number ID to all sections that contain the phone number. To do this, go to Contacts. Click on the phone number, then enter the number ID into the ID of CoMagic substituted number field.
The number entered in the Turbo Page Builder will continue to be displayed on the preview page. When you publish the page, the number will be replaced with a call tracking provider number.
