Out of politeness, they offer a waiting list (more than once, according to this scheme, no one called and suggested that time was free ...)
But in this case, the retainer just came off, so the main problem is the inconvenience, well, the teeth can move, the retainer holds them. We agree to the waiting list, during the recording it turns out that the doctor accepts only if the bracket system was installed in this clinic. That's the number! And what kind of doctors do you have? With what category, experience? To change the retainer or glue it (the specialist knows better here)

There is no consultation beforehand to determine the scope of treatment, even if there is no face-to-face, let's say they sent pictures, a description, a card from a doctor with numbers, although I do not understand what is there, but the doctor must understand his profession. As a result, I asked to consult a doctor on the phone to discuss which teeth we treat, which ones make no sense, but there is no... How? Why? I was sent the cost of treating a child's teeth under sedation, without explaining which teeth will be cured, which will not, and the reasons? How can you give a price without agreeing on the scope of work? How can I trust such a clinic? Unfortunately, I can't. 2 stars for at least not being rude...
