Very bad impressions were left from the purchase of porcelain stoneware in this company. I ordered tiles for the new building, on the walls, on the floor. The volume is not small enough. For the first time, all the tiles were brought, this is about 190 pieces in the size of 60x60, the most interesting thing is that 1 day is given for verification. I.e., an ordinary working person who received the tile on a weekday evening should have time to double-check it all that evening. Well, okay, we start checking the tile on the floor (as a result, there were fewer questions about it), there were only problems with it (a corner was broken off, etc.). I start checking the tiles on the walls and then I get a little shocked... ALL tiles have glaze defects. I am writing to the complaint department, where I am politely asked to take a picture of EACH tile (83 pieces). After staying in the apartment until 12 at night, tired and hungry, I'm going home. As a result, the store recognized the factory defect of the entire batch of tiles in their warehouse. We change this tile to something similar. And what do you think? I get a tile with glaze defects again. We are changing this tile for the third option, a more or less normal one arrived, but there were also tiles with defects, these tiles were brought to me to replace 15 pieces and again of them 4 pieces with a factory defect! Although the warehouse opened all three packages and allegedly checked the tiles before shipping. The cherry on the cake was the replacement of the last 1 piece of tile, which the store agreed to bring for replacement without any problems at all. So this one unfortunate tile arrived with a defect. I consider this attitude of warehouse workers to be piggy towards the customer. It was about a Russian-made Laparet tile. There were no such problems with the Indian on the shelf. Many thanks to the complaint Department for the trouble-free replacement and delivery of tiles. It is a pity that the quality of the products has spoiled the impression of the company as a whole.
