I went to the clinic on November 29, discussed the cost with the doctor, treatment (I need to install a bridge on three front teeth, one is missing), they scheduled an appointment for me in December, I came, put temporary crowns, scheduled for January, 10.01. I come to the appointment, but they forgot about me at all (I spent a month with a temporary crown) Has the doctor forgotten that he has a patient appointment??! He set it for another date, and next time he tells me that prices have increased and you need to pay more (at the same time, I asked to make a treatment plan at the beginning). I was made an appointment with the head, I waited 30 minutes. and the head didn't even come out??? Today 08.02.24, I am still without crowns, and it turned out that they would not accept me, because there is nowhere to PUT me (The Doctor himself gave me a coupon) he should have entered my ticket into the computer or informed the administrator, and that he was going on vacation!!!!!? And my treatment is delayed again!!! This is such a lack of respect for patients, irresponsibility, carelessness, I am outraged by what is happening, and I have to turn higher!
