The edges of the rose leaves are bent. At one time, I had to deal with the question of where the postcard for the bouquet is. The first call said they would call back, an hour later they did not call back, the second time they said they would call back, they wrote. The roses were cleaned with a studder, which is why the trunks of roses look terrible, the places where the trunk is damaged from the studder have dried up, and the flowers are unpackaged and it looks unpresentable. It is not so difficult to clean roses, and any flowers by hand, I speak as a florist) and at the same time the roses will not lose their appearance) the leaves on the bouquet dried up the next day, the reason is the same - the shipoder) and half of the roses are already trying to die, and not even a day has passed since receiving the flowers🤡
I don't understand what the store and staff are thinking when they send such bouquets, thank you for spoiling the holiday and spoiling the impression of you)
