We signed up for deletion 8. We arrived, began to fill out a card and slip it for signature that we have read and agree with the contract. I say that I am not familiar with it and ask for familiarization. I start reading and am simply amazed at the extent to which the interests of patients are neglected. The most important thing is that this agreement is not drawn up at all on the basis of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, but on the fantasies of this legal entity about how to get away with all potential claims with impunity. I approach the administrator and inform him that I will not sign a contract that does not rely on the Laws of the Republic of Belarus. I propose to carry out the work on the agreed prepayment (i.e. they name the price for the service, I pay, they perform the removal). If there are any questions from any side, we resolve them according to the Law. The service was refused.
An example from the contract to understand the absurdity:
P 4.10. The warranty card (indication of warranty periods) is not issued to the Customer (due to the possibility of its loss / loss), it is stored in the Customer's outpatient card.
I.e., a direct violation of the Law is carried out. If there are problems, but there is no document in hand, no one will prove anything to anyone.
There are also several points obliging you to pay for unproven services due to the fault of the Customer. This is also a violation of the law. No service, no payment. And you are not obliged to provide any justifications for valid reasons to the Contractor.
I gave only these examples, because I voiced them in the clinic. There are more points with which I disagree and which are not based on the Law. Let a competent lawyer deal with the analysis of the entire document. I do not intend to give free consultations. I strongly recommend that all potential clients study at least the Consumer Rights Act (it is not big), and be careful what you sign. Do not rely on "maybe it will get through" and protect your rights in advance, before a conflict of interest occurs.
There are no regrets about the unproven service. It is not easy to conclude contracts with those who already see the victim in the client at the start.
