Prepare yourself to get a deliberately painted car! They look into their eyes and spread their hands that they don't paint and don't know that the car is painted! But in fact, I realized one thing, that this company buys cars, knowing one hundred percent that cars with joints! I think that's what they make money from! The first car that I ordered at the time of acceptance and delivery was with obviously painted elements, and as if it had been painted on the street! We agreed to replace it, chose another one, everything seemed to be in order, but during operation it turned out that the hood had been changed, one door was not working properly, the charging hatch also behaves as after an unprofessional repair! I Don't Recommend It. Choose other suppliers! But if you suddenly bought a car from this company, be sure to take the car with the guys from avtopodbora, let them check everything and only then make a decision! Even after picking up the car, it is impossible to call the company for any questions, no one picks up the phone! Everyone is busy! Everyone has meetings all the time! Once again, I do not recommend this company!

I doubted for a long time whether it was worth writing this review, but nevertheless decided to share my experience. I have an ambiguous attitude towards the Bison. On the one hand, I got the car. There are no questions or complaints about the car itself: I chose from those that were already at the customs warehouse and were awaiting customs clearance on January 22, so the risks in my situation were minimal. The car's condition and equipment (charger, compressor, etc.) were fully in line with expectations. However, I still have a lot of questions about the organization of the company's work. The processes are poorly structured and, in my opinion, require serious improvement. It seems that employees are constantly busy, but at the same time there is often no one in the office. It is extremely difficult to obtain information about the current location of the car — in some cases, employees simply do not have this information. I ordered additional anti-corrosion treatment and independently found out at the service if they had my car. I waited about a week for the procedure itself, and then waited for the car to be picked up in preparation for delivery. When it became clear that the wait could drag on for another week (the curators are also very busy), I decided to pick up the car without additional preparation. It is not easy to contact the responsible persons, and it is also difficult to get a clear answer. There are many divisions, but there is a lack of coordination and information exchange between them. Communication, according to my observations, is conducted through screenshots, Excel spreadsheets and chats, which creates a sense of unsystemism. The stability of the service also raises questions: a few days ago, according to local information, the electricity was turned off in the business center (possibly due to financial or organizational disagreements). As a result, it seems that if you want to get a car without unnecessary delays, you need to actively monitor the process yourself: call, clarify, arrive, pick up. Or be patient and be ready to wait.

The cooperation with Zubr Auto, and specifically with the manager Sergey Kazakov, left only positive impressions. She knew exactly what model of electric car and equipment to order. I decided to sign a contract with these guys, as Sergey offered the best price (considering +1%) and conditions compared to other car centers. There were no additional payments during the execution of the contract. Everything is as originally agreed - the price at the national bank's exchange rate is +1%. Additionally, partial film coating and anti-corrosion treatment of the body were added. The price for extras + is the same as everywhere else. However, I would like to note that Sergey managed to make small but pleasant discounts on the services of the service workshop. According to the delivery time of my particular order, I was honestly told up to 4 months, they didn't particularly encourage me, but they also argued why this was so. This is not my first electric car from China (I ordered it from another company), so I was ready for possible nuances. I was worried that the car would arrive to me, arrived intact, preferably within the time stipulated in the contract, and there would be after-sales service. As it turned out, I didn't have to worry :) I am very grateful to Sergey for this! He periodically contacted me to share information about the order status, sent me videos and photos. He answered all my questions and whims promptly, politely and with a positive attitude. And it's important not to worry. I highly recommend Sergey as a manager if you are looking for a new car. I picked up the car on time, covered and processed, with insurance, with a large bouquet of roses and in a good mood! I plan to service the car at the Bison service center. I hope to continue to have a positive experience of cooperation with the company.
