There is a very poor assortment of products for kittens, the store operates on a schedule: "I'll decide for myself", then it breaks, then it doesn't work. Online orders are a separate story, you place an order, they call you a few days later with the answer: this one is out of stock, this one is out, we cancel your order or we will deliver what we have. A very mediocre store, which is the 1st nearest in the area, you can somehow pay more attention to the assortment, work schedule and overall communication of the staff, both in the call center and directly from the sellers, who are always dissatisfied (there is not even the slightest understanding about pet supplies)
