I came to the reception and said that I was a disabled person of the 1st group, I was placed on the 5th floor, the taps are about to fall off and the water somehow goes, the toilet is for two rooms, it's not convenient for a disabled person, I thought it was temporary, but everyone is silent, I came the next day, the girl was sitting, I explain again that I I am a disabled person of group 1 and please give me a room so that there is a tuppet in the room and a normal shower, we were moved, we were glad, a day later a woman is settled on a sofa on which it is impossible to lie, let alone sleep. Before that, I called and clarified about the rooms with a toilet, they told me everything was there.the staff is good, besides the way we were greeted, the treatment is good, the food is excellent.
