If you book a prepaid ticket and then want to cancel the booking 3-4 hours before the session, the money will not be refunded to you. This is not specified at the time of booking, it is not spelled out anywhere, just an "internal rule" that you will learn about after the fact. The administration refers to these "rules", but they are not officially available anywhere, neither on the website, nor in the posters, nor at the box office. Clients are actually confronted with the fact. At the same time, those who book without payment are given 10 minutes to wait and then calmly withdraw their reservation. Then why does a person who pays in advance and warns about the cancellation lose their money? According to the RT Law "On Consumer Rights Protection" (Articles 10 and 18): The consumer has the right to cancel the service before it starts; The contractor is obliged to return the money, minus the actual expenses incurred (if any and documented). In this case, the cinema did not incur any expenses, because the person canceled the reservation in advance. This means that you must return the funds.
