The hotel is not for relaxation. Just to spend the night. The location of the hotel is good - away from the noisy waterfront. There are many cafes, 7/11, Tor and bars nearby. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired. But the linen and towels were changed regularly. The rooms are large, equipped with air conditioning, kettle, refrigerator. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfasts are monotonous, but delicious. The staff is attentive and always ready to help.

We booked a family room for 2 days. Location at the end of the street. The room is good. Comfortable beds. There was not enough drying for swimsuits on the balcony and a bedside table between the beds. There are breakfasts, small but delicious. Nice staff.

Lovely hotel, good service. The staff is polite, always smiling, like everyone else in Pattaya... Water in the room is included in the price. The only thing worth leaving food in the trash for the day was a bunch of little ants. Therefore, it is better to have the trash cleaned every day, the trash can can be put in the hallway and everything will be changed. Although it is not indicated on the website, you can have breakfast for free. At the entrance there is a coffee machine, cookies, yoghurts, bread with a toaster, porridge. And after lunch there are cookies and coffee. They close it all in the evening. It's not a long walk to the water, if there are courtyards, then there is protection from the sun along the way. The hotel can also rent a bike. I can't tell you the price, I didn't take it. In general, I recommend this budget hotel.
