We somehow processed this application, the number is by080041698688. The package was accepted. Take two. The cash on delivery for the parcel arrives. We arrive, and they tell us: "We can't give you the money - your information is incorrect in your personal account" - OK, we're correcting it. - And again we can't give it back, because there's a different last name on the package! And how did you, comrades, accept this package?! We call tech support asking how to collect the money, but they tell us: "No way!" If you want to be left without a thing or money, send it by European Mail. And we will probably have to contact the state authorities - let them figure it out.
