Neither the air conditioner, nor the refrigerator, nor the TV are working, the bed is gray. After the hype, the children's parents were moved to the 2nd floor, which seemed cleaner and fresher, but they began to remove towels and water in liter bottles from the rooms in front of us, and we had to swear again. They said to put away the teapots and glasses. The attendant began to resent that we were aggressive and uncomprehending, although we ourselves had done nothing for the comfortable stay of the children. I would like to ask the hotel administration, why is it written at the entrance that this is a university? Why are their conditions worse for children than for other guests, even though the payment is not cheap? For the sake of their image, why don't they carry out disinfection measures, renovation of furniture and household appliances?
