Unbelievably bad service. Couriers deliver wrong orders, drop them at the wrong address, or hand them over damaged, and the company takes zero responsibility. Every complaint gets the same copy-paste response blaming the restaurant or the shop. You lose your money, you lose your time, and nothing changes. I switched to my supermarket's delivery app. It takes a bit longer, but the order is always correct and always on time. That shouldn't feel like a luxury, but here we are. Screenshotted is my order from last night. Couriers came high, was an hour late and company did absolutely nothing other than giving me generic “we’ll contact the restaurant” The issue wasn’t a restaurant, I order from that same place every other day, the issue wasn’t their delivery person but they didn’t seem to care

Well, the hotel called for a Yandex Go taxi in Yerevan, to pick me up to the Airport, from centrum it was about 15km, maximum. The driver charged me with 6350AMD, he didn't want to accept card, so I gave to him one bill of 20.000 AMD. He started to tell me something in armenian, I thought that he is asking me if I want the receipt, but meantime he concealed that bill of 20.000 AMD and sharply changed with one of 1000 AMD, telling me that's not enough. I had around 6.000AMD left, but he didn't wanted, so asked me 20 Euros. Such unprofessional taxi driver, soo shameful experience.. I really enjoy Armenia, wanted to come back in October, but he made me to avoid this country... Shame on you, YANDEX!!!

They hired a foreigner courier from Indian maybe without give any work procedure,courier go wrongblocation and non stop calling and say fuck Me and my mother,i didn't get my order and lose my money and customer service did nothing Bad aplication and service from yandex,never care about customer shame move
