It could have been worse, but in general it will do. The administrator is peculiar, but kind. The lobby interior is generally normal. But I would have already changed the furniture, so why leave it worn out? There are no cockroaches or mice in the room, it's already good. The Wi-Fi is working, it's also good. Breakfast was nothing like that. I need to fix the shower door in the bathroom. I also don't really like that the wires are visible there, it would be good to close this place. I'd also like to paint the walls, otherwise it feels like a ninja kicked them. The air conditioner doesn't look very good, they were afraid to turn it on, you can change it too… There were two beds in our room, and both are good. Clean linen, it's already good. Towels, slippers, toothbrushes with pastes are provided. It makes me happy. There is also a kettle with mugs, a hairdryer, liquid soap with gel. There is a TV. The center is not so far away, just a 32-minute walk from the hotel. Well, staying for a couple of nights is fine, but not for longer.

I'll put 5 because the administrator Alexey is handsome, solved all the issues, a gorgeous veranda with a view of Yerevan, near the Dalma shopping center) Our room was nice and big. The room has a refrigerator, kettle, two mugs, hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel. A bed, an armchair and a glass table. Breakfast in the room. In the kitchen there is coffee, tea, sugar, sunflower oil, cutlery, dishes, in which you can cook yourself. The disadvantage is that the water from the shower flows onto the floor, and the floor is wet. It was confusing at first, but then we got used to it. I think that the drain in the floor is made for this))) that's how it works) The Ararat factory is nearby, but we never went down)) It is very good in the price category with a quiet location, a patio, breakfast and a normal mattress)
