The employee forced her to buy back the product, allegedly with a defect with a light gray line 4 mm long, where if you look closely (and that's the only way you can see it), it's just stained, not a fabric defect or something like that. You can't see it on the camera, and I can't imagine how I'll get a refund for the marriage that the employee insisted on. It was a very unpleasant experience visiting this point, for the first time in all the years of using Wildbury.
