Very polite and patient staff, they will always prompt you if you have any question. Only the PVZ is still small in size, there is not enough space there at rush hour, but it's wonderful.

They were forced to pick up an item with an obvious defect from the supplier. The defect was discovered after fitting. But it wasn't a torn button or any other damage that might have appeared during the fitting. There was a blue mark all around the collar of his shirt. And if the marriage is OBVIOUS, it is not the fault of the buyer that I consider it UNLAWFUL and contrary to the law on consumer rights TO FORCE the buyer to pay for defective goods!! And it doesn't matter when the defect was discovered before or during the fitting! The pick-up point bears responsibility and risks for acceptance and return of defective goods. No need to shift it to the buyer!

The PVZ is very small, it is inconvenient to try on (the fitting room is the same and also tiny). There were unpleasant stories with the complication of refunds, they do not want, do not like to accept, they are forced to register through marriage (why unnecessary problems)). Close to home, but I prefer to order things there that do not require fitting, and make the choice only on the spot. The staff seems to be polite, but up to a certain point....
