Low score for rude staff communication. The girl did not accept the product, allegedly because of a marriage, in fact there was a small dot on the shoe, which no one except the girl would consider a marriage, of course. And my shoes were too small. She wrote off the money and now I need to resolve the issue of a refund through support. I recommend that those who use this item be sure to check the product before fitting and show the staff even the smallest details that may not be perceived by the marriage.

The girl manager is rude. Allows himself to make statements: "Yes, who are you to talk to me like that!", "Go ahead, tell lies out of the blue!", etc. I do not recommend it to anyone and I will not be served here anymore.
