The worst PVZ in Smilovichi! Not only is there always a crush, but there is also complete chaos with orders. I ordered an expensive item, but the autopsy was a nightmare! The box is mint, the thing was obviously already measured by someone before me (or even replaced?). I start asking questions to an employee, and she looks at me like I'm an empty space and says, "All questions to the support chat, I'm not solving anything." So there's no point in coming here at all? Are you just robots who have to give out a box, don't you care about the quality? They don't allow you to check the goods normally (the light is terrible, there is no camera, they always rush you). The money was written off, the mood was ruined. Shame on this attitude!

ONE STAR AND NO MORE. The operators are very slow, sometimes intentionally slow.They stand like the navel of the earth and look down from high, they eat in front of customers, go behind the screen there and eat. They chew gum when they serve, it's so uncivilized. I can't find the product for half an hour, then the cameras are looking at each other, then they're pushing each other.They are rude, they say hello every other time, the dirt is inside and the goods are on the floor in equal boxes and I understand why half of the goods were defective, with such storage and attitude towards the buyer. She went to another location.I don't recommend it!!!!! Change all the operators and you will be happy.
