Today I wanted to pick up 4 topics, I came at 20:41 and refused to issue an order where there are more than 2 things to try on. On the one hand, I understand that everyone wants to leave work on time, but the fitting rooms were free, it would not have taken longer than 10 minutes .. The administrator of the pick-up point (she is also probably the owner) is trying to prevent the return of the goods by any means. Even if you ordered something and decided not to pick it up, she will say that the product is on her computer and the one that you do not want to pick up is different. And that you need to pay for it, pick it up, and then make a refund through the app. When I made a refund through the app and the seller approved it, the lady at the counter started telling me at first that the reason for the refund was not the right one (remember that the seller had already approved the refund) and then she said that she didn't see my intelligence in the system at all. I took the order to a nearby pick-up point and returned it without any problems or issues.
