I can't get the product at the pick-up point.At first, the pick-up point employee could not find the product, which, according to the application, was already at the pick-up point.I had to come several times, but the product was never found.I was told that I needed to re-order.I did so, but when I came to receive the PVZ, the same employee sent all the clients to "take a walk" for 40 minutes, as he could not cope.As a result, another useless trip to the PVZ.Why do such employees and such a pick-up point undermine the work of the marketplace?

Seeing her on shift, I turn around and leave. Not only is there passive aggression, but there are also questions about professional competencies. Be prepared for the fact that if you find a defective product, you will ask this employee if it is a marriage, they will tell you that it is not, and after fitting, the girl will change her mind and say "you know, it's still a marriage, make a refund through your personal account." Take a more competent approach to personnel selection, because the personal stupidity of your employees will directly affect the choice of the pick-up point for your potential customers.
