Disgusting service by the guy in the PVZ. I couldn't pick up the product because he just couldn't find it, and he started talking nonsense. I had to re-order, but he also charged for the items I refused. Now there's a lot of red tape to get a refund for a product that wasn't even picked up from the PVZ. Always unhappy, slow and tight, he spends 10 minutes searching for goods. I've never seen worse service.

I visited this pick-up point today (05/15/2026). The service is terrible. She came in and said hello, a dark-haired girl worker was sitting with headphones on, did not say hello, silently got up, with such a look, as if her life had been ruined. I started scanning the code, I forgot to turn up the brightness, so I couldn't scan it, to which I heard in a haughty tone: "You can turn up the screen." And the point is precisely in the tone in which it was said, I understand that it was my mistake not to increase the brightness, but I work with people myself, and such a tone is not allowed. After the girl handed out the goods, I said thank you, goodbye, to which I heard silence again.. I always treat PVZ employees with understanding, but such communication is unacceptable. I hope some measures will be taken.
