On 05/30/26, I constantly order goods at this PVZ, but today I was served by an inadequate employee (Kristina!) , who was rude, impertinent, and threw the goods, all because she was prevented from taking an hour break. Dear owners of this PVZ, pay attention to whom you hire, I think it's in your best interests. I completely lost the desire to order goods at this time!!!

I have always used this pick-up point and was satisfied before: the staff were polite and friendly. But 30.05 faced a completely different attitude. The employee closed the pick-up point, and when I asked why it wasn't working, instead of giving a normal explanation, she started complaining that she didn't have time to eat, go to the toilet, etc. The communication was frankly rude and dismissive, the goods were literally thrown on the counter. I understand that employees may have difficulties and a high workload, but visitors should not face rudeness due to internal problems of work organization. If it is impossible for an employee to leave without closing the point, then this issue should be resolved by management, and not shifted to customers. I hope the owner of the pick-up point will pay attention to this review and work with this employee. I really would not like to face such an attitude again.
