I rarely visit the city, and every time I come for an order, there is a sign on the door saying "break 10 minutes". And always with the same employee, regardless of the time of day. Over several visits, it has never been possible to just come and receive an order right away — you always have to wait. The item should not depend on the habits of the employees.

The worst pick-up point. For the second day in a row, we arrive and stand at the closed door, because they have a technological break. Every day at a different time, it says on a piece of paper. At the same time, the break was supposed to start at 15.50 (judging by the note), but at 15.47 it was already closed. The break is 25 minutes. At this time, a girl from the PVZ is sitting on the porch smoking, and people are standing under the door. We have never encountered such a thing at any pick-up point.
