The best staff in the city of Borisov.They are very polite girls and will always help if anything needs to be clarified, checked and helped in something.I advise everyone to come to this particular pick-up point!

Extremely unacceptable service! The staff is incompetent, but the saddest thing is the indifferent leadership. The management of this pick-up point probably has important responsibilities, but their attitude towards customers leaves much to be desired. They refused to return it due to the lack of a package, which they themselves threw away. 05/03/2025, not only was there complete incompetence in the interaction between the employee and the supervisor who was dialed on a mobile phone. But the most unpleasant thing is the lack of empathy and understanding of the problem to the client. I hope that these observations will attract serious attention from management to the processes of training, quality control, and employee behavior.
