The pick-up point is located in a good area of the city, but the interior itself is an unkempt room, in my opinion.:uncomfortable, unpleasant smells, designed for unpretentious and undemanding interior buyers.

A very rude woman works at the checkpoint. We arrived at 20:37. She yelled at me from the doorway that if I tried on clothes, she wouldn't accept a refund. (There were 2 leggings in the order. I would try them on in 5 minutes). According to her, she needed to go home already. Closing time is at 21:00. She was talking in raised tones. I started answering the same questions. When I told her that I had not come to her house and how she generally talks to clients, she began to talk more calmly and said that there were cameras at the checkpoint. Terrible communication with clients!!!

The woman is sitting as boorish as possible! She can't talk, she doesn't like everything, she doesn't like everything. It feels like everyone owes her that. I used to love this World Bank, now I don't want to go there at all! I'll order somewhere else, her attitude is terrible.
