I would like to express my deep gratitude to all the staff of the Big Dipper and separately to the head surgeon Viktor Sergeevich for the operation, professionalism and support. My son's Akita Inu dog needed surgery to remove a tumor under his tail. Viktor Sergeevich held a preliminary consultation, said that it was better to cut out than cauterize this tumor, since the dog was seven years old, it was decided not to put it under full anesthesia, an injection was given according to its weight, the dog remained conscious, but did not feel anything. Prior to the operation, a preliminary calculation was made and, importantly, after the operation, medicines and materials that were not needed were excluded from the calculation and the price turned out to be slightly cheaper than predicted, which indicates the honesty of the staff. After the operation, we were given recommendations on how to care for our pet, everything was described in detail and the dialogue was spoken several times as if between familiar people, since there were concerns about the result and the health of our pet. Naturally, when the operation was over, we still felt the remnants of stress and excitement. The day after the operation, the clinic administrator called back and asked about the health of our pet, which once again indicates a responsible attitude to their work. Thank you very much. I recommend this clinic to everyone. At the moment, the pet is doing well and we hope that he is happy.

Thanks to the doctor, the cat of 15 (soon 16 years old) will live and terrorize all the household for a long time))), although before that they went to another clinic and almost buried them. Also, many thanks to Olga Alexandrovna Sodel - for her involvement not only within the framework of her duties, but also for her personal help, because we needed an ultrasound of the heart before the operation, and thanks to her personal request, we were promptly received by a doctor from another clinic, although there was no record anywhere, and thanks to her, we quickly performed the operation. On the first day of the appointment, we were received by Dr. Filipovich Alexandra, who pumped the cat out on the first day and then in the day hospital while the cat was being revived for surgery, answered all the questions 10 times and explained in detail what and why step by step. What are the chances, opportunities, and consequences. Thanks to the surgeon (I don't know who performed the operation herself), but the seam is such that people don't always sew so beautifully! From the outside to the inside (today we looked at the ultrasound from the inside - everything is just top!) and the girl who whispered a love story in the cat's ear today)) THANK YOU, she did the ultrasound so smoothly, even under the pills.... IN GENERAL, THERE ARE NOT ENOUGH WORDS OF GRATITUDE! Many thanks from Cassiopeia and our family to all the staff, I have the most positive impressions.
