We spent an hour in this branch, being the second in line. Weekday afternoon. Of the 10 jobs, only two actually work, slowly, constantly running to the ground floor, which does not add speed to the service. There is no toilet, they are sent to the shopping center opposite. On the plus side, we deducted Armenian drams from the Russian VTB card there, at the normal exchange rate. P.S. Then we found out that you can withdraw money from an ATM, which saved us from sitting idly in line.
