In general, it feels untidy, the shower is a little dirty, the doors seem to be in mold. A rusty (dirty?) can be seen through the facial hole in the massage table a detail of this very table and someone else's hair. It is better to close your eyes and enjoy the massage, do not consider anything)) The clock in the massage room is ticking VERY loudly. If you are sensitive to this, it may be uncomfortable. Even pleasant music does not mask this ticking.
There are questions about the recording process: I called the salon 5 times - they didn't pick up the phone, they didn't call back. Half a day later they wrote in Viber, and thanks for that.
In general, if you are looking for a good relaxing massage, I recommend you here, master Galina. But be prepared that the interior is very budget-friendly and the service is lame.

The administrator, of course, then notified about the vacant window on Sunday. I signed up, but then changed my mind. The impression is spoiled from the doorstep

There are no particular complaints about the service itself. But customer focus is at zero. Rudeness when communicating with an admin (she is also a massage therapist) with a client. When they sent me a "reminder" about the recording, they did not even address me by name, they did not tell me about the preparation for the service. When I said that I was booked for a spa treatment for two, they answered : "We are aware." There is a layer of dust on the counter in the cabin, they meet with a non-active person, one pair of shoe covers (visible for verification). When I asked about the second one, they said that we could go without (in our street shoes!!!). They do not ask about contraindications. The massage room is also dirty, disposable slippers are traumatic. It is impossible to find your service on the site, by clicking on the spa services, you get to the nail service. I do not recommend it.
