Shockingly poor service. I ordered 3 books, waited 3 weeks (they were transferred from the warehouse), and 2 arrived in the end. I'm calling, asking where the third one is? The answer is that they didn't just transfer it to us from the warehouse, so they sent it... The third book is still available on the website. It's a shame.
