We looked at an apartment in this residential complex. I really liked the free layout and the quality of the apartment. The territory is closed, there is a Playground, the yard is well maintained. When we arrived at the office, the manager immediately offered coffee and answered all questions in detail, it is clear that he tried to find an apartment for our requests and not to quickly sell the first one that came to hand. It immediately caused a pleasant feeling of care.

A very cozy office, and Galina, a sales specialist, was immediately invited. They offered tea and coffee, showed me two apartments and a parking space. We have previously booked an apartment. The Vershina residential complex was struck by its modern landscaping, hidden underground tanks, and closed territory. I really liked the layout with a balcony, a separate kitchen with a window ((unlike other developers, who save money and combine the kitchen with the bathroom)). We lived in one, and despite the powerful extractor hood, when cooking or baking, there is a smell and smell of cooking. We hope that there will be kind and cultured neighbors. I liked it!
