The house is in a very quiet and green area, only 10 mins away from the centre by bus. Katerina provides you with everything you need, and is kind enough to give you advice or chat about the country and its lovely people or even accompany you to the centre, if she has the time.

We had a rest with our son visiting the beautiful Katerina. Only positive impressions and emotions remained! Katya is a very sincere girl, an attentive hostess! The house has everything you need, clean, cozy, original. You can cook in the kitchen yourself - there are shops nearby where you can buy groceries, or there is in the dining room, which is also nearby. It is very close to the sea (min 7 and on the beach). Beaches are also suitable for every taste - both wild and modern. We were completely satisfied with the rest! I recommend it from the bottom of my heart!

I am very pleased that the choice fell on this guest house! According to the conditions, everything fully corresponds to the description of the hostess. A wonderful atmosphere in the house, a cozy courtyard, with tangerines, oranges, persimmons and lemons ripe at the time of our arrival. We called this place "tangerine paradise". Despite the fact that the month of November, the weather in Sukhumi was excellent, everything was bright in autumn, we saw everything that we planned.
