I strongly do not recommend this carrier. We postponed the delivery 3 times and reported it only after lunch , although we knew that there would be no delivery that day in the morning . My product is bulky, delivery is only up to the entrance. I informed them that there was no one at home on a weekday , and the person who could take delivery needed to leave another city and know about the delivery time 1.5 - 2 hours in advance . The manager couldn't figure out the time, she called the time range from 13:00 to 19:00. The manager was extremely unprofessional and hung up on me. This is the first time I've encountered such negligence.

The most inadequate transportation company. The spare part was transported for 2 weeks. Inadequate staff, starting from the manager who is rude, rude, etc. on the phone, ending with the driver. There are no questions to the sender, he sent it every day. But these... It's good that the spare part was not in a hurry, but there are other cases when the car is hanging on a lift. And waiting 2 weeks for delivery is beyond idiotic. I do not recommend this courier service as much as possible!

Extremely negative experience. I don't recommend it if proper delivery arrangements are important. I ordered a laptop online with payment by card upon receipt, delivery was made through this company. On Friday, they called me to arrange the delivery time and immediately said, "prepare the cash." I informed them that the order has already been placed with the payment by card. After checking, the operator replied, "That's right, I see the card payment." A few hours later, the courier calls and says, "I'll be there in 5 minutes, cash payment." I reminded you about the card payment again. The courier replied that he did not have a terminal, but he would "resolve the issue." Later, the operator called back and said that the delivery had been postponed to Sunday. On Sunday at 8:30 a.m., the operator called again: it turns out that it is impossible to pay with a card again - "all terminals were dismantled, the courier did not get it." In response to my questions and an attempt to explain that this was their internal problem, the operator began to speak in raised tones. When I asked which company the operator works for, I didn't get a clear answer - she just said something like "express delivery, mail." The request to connect with the manager or give the contacts of the responsible person is refused. She was also unable to resolve the issue. I was offered delivery only on Tuesday, and when asked how to ensure that the situation would not happen again, the answer was: "we will fix the non-working terminals." On Monday, I called the number from the website on my own. The girl on the line answers the question "will I receive the goods with the card payment tomorrow?" She replied, "No one can guarantee you anything." Delivery information was promised only the next morning, and the contacts of the person who could give a specific answer were again refused. The card payment order was accepted, but in fact the company tried several times to transfer the payment to cash.
