I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Valkyrie funeral services for their help at a very difficult time for our family. After the loss of a loved one, I turned to them on the recommendation of a friend, and from the first minutes of communication it became clear that I was in safe hands. Tatiana listened attentively to all the wishes, took into account every detail and immediately clearly, calmly and in a structured manner explained how the process would go — what, when and at what time it would happen. Throughout the ceremony, she was constantly in touch, coordinated each stage and informed in advance about what had already been done and what would happen next. It gave me a great sense of calm and confidence that everything was going according to plan. I would also like to mention the team of guys who were involved in the preparation and conduct of the burial. They worked very smoothly, carefully and with respect, everything was done beautifully and with dignity. Tatiana's motto was very responsive, that the task of relatives is to say goodbye to a loved one, and she takes care of all organizational issues. That's exactly how it was: without unnecessary worries, clearly, on time and with great tact. Thank you for your professionalism, humanity and support in such a difficult moment.

I would like to highlight the work of the Valkyrie funeral agency and its director Tatiana. Where everything is organized clearly and quickly. I have never seen such beautiful wreaths, and the farewell and touching speeches were also touched upon, and most importantly, after the burial, everything was cleaned up from the graves where sand accidentally got in.
