Excellent apartment — everything is clean, new and very aesthetic, no granny repairs. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, Ikea lamps, sockets where necessary. The beds are new and comfortable, I slept great. The shower is clean, shelves are in place, hot water with normal pressure. There is also an air conditioner. The view from the window to the garden is magnificent! It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the sea, there is a shop and a dining room nearby — everything is at hand. Special thanks to the hosts: they were very hospitable, treated with delicious feijoa compote and fragrant coffee. The atmosphere is homely, but without intrusiveness. In general, the rest was a complete success. I will definitely come back again!

We had our first vacation in Abkhazia and were very satisfied!!! We stayed at Valentina's guest house for 10 days in August 2025, and we really enjoyed everything. The house is beautiful,clean,comfortable, with all amenities. View from the window to the mountains, tangerine garden, partly to the sea. Everything is clean and cozy, the furniture is all new, there are snow-white linens on the beds, there is a set of terry towels, the room has air conditioning. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all utensils. In the shower there is shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap. The house also has a washing machine, free washing powder, and an ironing board with an iron. We lived like at home with all the comforts. It's a 10-minute walk to the sea, and there aren't many people on the beach. This is a place for those who love silence. There are three shops, two canteens, and a cheburechnaya in the village itself. And what wonderful, warm and hospitable hosts Valentina and Samvel are! They met us, showed us everything in the house, told us where the sights were, and how best to get there! They are very wonderful people! It was as if we were visiting close relatives, we didn't even want to leave, but we hope that we will visit them again.Valentine and Samvel, may God grant you health and longevity for your kindness!!!

Thank you kindly to the Hospitable hostess Valentina! It's a very cozy, quiet place, clean, cozy and beautiful. Nice view of the garden and the sea, birds are singing. A nice relaxing holiday.
