This is a place that is worth visiting in Baku first of all. Its main value is the incredible panoramic views. The hill offers the best view of the entire city.

I was very pleasantly surprised by these buildings and Baku itself. Pleased. We were lucky with the weather, it was +16. We walked without jackets, until the evening, it became cool in the evening. The park is beautiful, the buildings are the hallmark of Baku. The city is clean, they speak Russian, there were no problems with communication. A lot of pleasant impressions. I haven't tried everything there and I haven't been everywhere. A reason to return to this truly European city. In my subjective opinion and to my wife, Baku is a hundred times better and more beautiful than Istanbul.
