At first, I couldn't figure out the prof, I was worried that it wouldn't work out. But here, training is conducted on it (and not only). By the way, the fact that the company constantly conducts training is another important point for me.

The management is excellent, supports the initiative. The salary is above the market average. However, there are small disadvantages - the office is located far from the center and not the most spacious Parking.
