The hotel is new and clean. I stayed there with my family and everything was great 👍 thanks to the reception and kitchen staff (especially islom). Recommended 💯. Breakfast was delicious. The location is good.

The room did not meet the expectations and description when booking. Instead of one double bed, there were two single beds pushed together. The mattress turned out to be very uncomfortable, which made my back hurt, and it was uncomfortable to sleep. The bed linen had a pungent smell of detergent. The room lacked basic supplies like toothbrushes and toothpaste, which is strange for such a cost of living. Breakfast is very simple, fried bread, some sausage and cheese and a fried egg, we expected a higher level. Payment was accepted only by transfer to a card without a terminal and without issuing a check, which looks incorrect for hotel services. The price also differed from the one indicated at the time of booking: instead of 615,000 soums, 625,000 were paid. The difference is small, but it also left an unpleasant impression. In general, I think that for 312,000 soums per night, the living conditions do not match their cost.

The hotel, located about a kilometer from the old city of Bukhara, made a mixed impression. We stopped by at night and were greeted warmly at the reception and quickly escorted to our room. The room itself turned out to be quite spacious for two people: there is everything you need — a refrigerator, a kettle, cups, a TV, bedside tables and cabinets with drawers. It wasn't bad in terms of furniture, but in terms of cleanliness, you could definitely put a "three": there was dust, the bed linen didn't look the freshest, as if someone had already slept on it before us. For some reason, the set of towels is designed for only one person. There was a strong stream of water coming out of the shower from a hose, but there were no standard items like slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, tea or coffee. The breakfast included in the price deserves a "four". In general, if you take into account the price, the impression remains rather positive — the hotel is suitable for a short stop when the main thing is location and convenience, rather than the level of service.
