Feedback from Polina and Lena, we want to say a big thank you to the whole team, wonderful, friendly people work at the hotel and are always ready to help, we have become like family, I want to come back! Refrigerator, air conditioning, clean shower - everything is there. The location of the hotel is excellent, almost in the center, right next to the dining room and two cafes, the Mega shopping center and the green bazaar. We sincerely thank sunny Kazakhstan for its warm welcome!

The location of the hotel is excellent, the exterior of the building is ugly, but the rooms inside, although small, are clean. The heating is excellent, hot water. On a budget for a few days, that's what you need. 👍

For its price, it's a very good hotel, everything is clean and tidy, there is everything you need. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The linen is fresh, the pillows and mattresses are comfortable. There is a shower, a toilet in the room, a table. It is located quite in the center, although it is not so easy to find from the street.
