The food was different, the meat soup was normal, the roti and naan tortillas were like all over Bangalore, pickled onions were an appetizer, but the tandoor chicken was just great, especially with biryani rice. Even better than the main dish of stewed lamb loin. But their tea is masala, not the usual one. And I specifically asked them for the bare minimum of spices, and the dishes were still very spicy, despite the fact that I love spicy food. And there is also Ulsur Lake nearby. Walking from Cubbon Park to the Windsor Castle Apartments on Charles Campbell Rd, I found myself next to this lake, which is quite dirty and covered with a net on all sides, so it was not possible to get to the shore, although there is a footpath around the lake. Roads surround the lake closely, which also does not make it clean. It doesn't deserve much attention.
