The quality of Tous is a complete marriage and disappointment. Everything breaks down, the local jeweler only "hastily" sticks what has fallen off under a conditional warranty, but this does not last long, and then the circus begins with a replacement, which also needs to be knocked out, having spent nerves. You go to the store to change the product - they want to charge extra, although the new product is already 20 rubles cheaper, but they can't just give it away - they first force you to buy something else, and when you lose your nerve, they suddenly "recalculate" and give it away without additional charges. In general, the attitude is disgusting, the store is not trustworthy. Thank you for showing me how not to work.

Good afternoon. I am delighted with the Tous backpack! That's what I really need. The color fits perfectly with my wardrobe. Easy. Stylish. Roomy. Qualitative. I will wear it with pleasure and remember it with a kind word.😍

The quality of the products is disgusting. We bought products as a gift, the links broke and the suspension flew off. They refused to replace or refund the money, citing their expertise and alleged mechanical damage. Customer orientation is at a low level. I do not recommend these products for purchase.
