We were at the hotel together with an old dad. It is very clean both in the room and in the lobby, the room has a shower and bathrobes, the bed linen is snow-white and ironed, the breakfast is delicious, all the food is freshly prepared and quite varied! We were very pleased with the staff - they were attentive and helpful! Thank you for your hospitality! And not far from the hotel there is an oriental cuisine cafe, which is also clean and very tasty! I definitely recommend it!

Отель хороший. Есть завтраки. Вкусные. Минимально все есть: и каша, и яйца в разных видах, хлеб, булочки, блинчики, сыр, колбаса, для любителей сытно поесть найдутся макароны и тефтели. Чисто и в фойе, и в номерах. Полотенца чистые, приятные. Постельное белье новое, белое. Приятно спать. По поводу номеров. Жила в 44 и в 54. В 44 не работали лампы, прикроватная и настольная, зато с душем был полный порядок. В 54 номере дверцы до конца не закрывались, колёсики из пазов выпали, и норовили упасть на меня. За это одну звезду и снимаю. Персонал отзывчивый. Старались помочь. На просьбы откликались. Отель стоит своих денег.

The hotel is beautifully located. There are public transport stops nearby. The Eurasia shopping center is located opposite.A food fair is coming for the weekend. The rooms are comfortable to stay in. The administrators are very friendly and promptly resolve any issues that arise. I would especially like to mention the administrator Aisula. She is very friendly and attentive. The golden man in one word. There is a buffet for breakfast at the hotel. The food is varied and delicious. I didn't want to leave this heavenly place.
