I used to come here when I was living in SPb. This salon had the charm of a classic hair salon, where majority of its clients are ages 40 and above. Four years later, I came back to have my hair done. Instead of the warm greeting I'm used to, I was greeted with distaste. The receptionist, who happens to be the owner (or manager, I'm not really sure), made me feel like I wasn't welcome at all. First few seconds inside this salon, I already wanted to leave. I was late for 10 minutes, but I don't think that's valid reason to act the way she did. She appears friendly to other tho. Next. The hairdresser actually did her job well. She was also communicating with me, making sure I'm OK. But for some reason, she seemed to be in a hurry, occasionally tugging at my hair, pulling my scalp a bit. But all in all, I liked her performance, hence the additional star. Not sure, maybe because I'm a foreigner that the receptionist acted like she did. I'll never know. Sadly, I won't be coming back to this salon anymore. Thanks for the memories tho.

Посредственная стрижка. Просила мастера боб каре или каре на ножке в итоге получила ровно и аккуратно срезаные волосы. Мастер то ли не понимает, то ли не умеет. На стабильную троечку. Чувство неудовоетворености осталось. Родственники сказали, ну классика, ну ничего... Не знаю, возможно другие мастера здесь стригут лучше. Но проверять уже не хочется. В этот салон больше не пойду.

Был у Яны на мужской стрижке. Вот Пишу отзыв только по тому что в этот же день пришлось идти в другой салон и забривать виски выше! Мастер как сказала с большим стажем и не надо ей говорить как стригут! В итоге рубанула волосы с верху коротко стрижка получилась не суразная словно кривая классика! Лучше бы не стригся! На вопрос ну зачем коротко так? Ответила нуу вырастут! Ахаха смех! Яне я пожелаю слушать клиентов и не стричь с ожиданием когда там отрастут. Лучше бы не стригся! Не доволен результатом.
