The hotel turned out to be one-story, which seemed strange.. I give 3 stars only for the interior and location. We were there for 4 days, we were asked to clean up the room, only the towels were changed (bath towels and only , the facial ones were not given, the trash was removed, and the bed linen was not changed) The room smelled damp. The staff is rude when they asked for something, gave it and did it with a favor, also regarding Wi-Fi it didn't work at all, they only used cellular Internet.

Excellent hotel with a high level of service We stayed at The First and were absolutely delighted! The hotel impresses with its stylish interior, impeccable cleanliness and attentive staff. The room was spacious, comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect — close to the main attractions, but at the same time quiet and peaceful. Special thanks to the staff for their kindness and willingness to help in any matter. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will be happy to come back again!
