The main problem of the airline, in my opinion, is the organization. The day before our flight Bishkek-Osh, our tickets were cancelled and we had to urgently buy new ones. The money for the cancelled tickets was subsequently refunded in installments over the following days. During another trip, the flight was postponed from 17:20 to 02:30 the next day. We were not notified about the transfer — we only found out about it on the scoreboard at the airport. It was later reported that the aircraft's engines had broken down and the side was expected to be replaced. Due to the delay, I had to change my plans, reschedule pre-scheduled appointments, and pay for a hotel and taxi. The flight attendants did not make a particularly friendly impression, although it is possible that this was due to fatigue and delays. At the same time, the flight itself went well. The pilot worked professionally, the takeoff and landing were calm, the flight was comfortable and safe. As a result, I have no serious complaints about the flight crew. The main issues are related to the organization, communication with passengers and informing about changes in the schedule. It is almost impossible to contact the airline: it was not possible to get through, and the representative at the airport was able to help only to a limited extent. WhatsApp responded a few days later. If you have important meetings or a tight schedule, I would recommend putting in extra time or just flying with another airline.

It's just the poorest airline, and I'll never use their services 100% again. Not even the smallest suitcase (which is hand luggage) can be stuffed into their carry-on calibrator, what kind of stupid people is this even designed for? I strongly do not recommend this office.
