+Relatively good location + For a room with its own bathroom - $ 30 +Fresh renovation, everything is new, even the sticker was still hanging on the TV +Cool access to the terrace/roof, if you're lucky, you can see the mountains on the horizon. +Nice terry bathrobes and towels. Upon request, they give you rubber sneakers for rent. But the maximum size is 42:( + The receptionist is Samira. Friendly and caring. Perhaps if it hadn't been for her, they would have moved out the next day, but they lasted as much as 2 days. +Hair dryer And that's why: -hyper-strong audibility (we lived on the third floor, and the reception was on the second, but at night we heard all the conversations and sounds from the phone from there. And this is even when filling the hotel with only three rooms with us) -the hardest mattress ever. Only the upper shelf in the reserved seat and the floor were tougher. - the heating was not working on the third floor (like room 10). They barely won back the second blanket. And no one thought to tell us to turn on the air conditioner for heating. They didn't think of it themselves after a long journey either. - there was no kitchen, it is in the process of construction/renovation. Perhaps, after its appearance, prices will rise per room. -they do not particularly monitor the filling of consumables - soap, shampoos, etc. There wasn't even a bag in the trash:(in general, it was not so straight and clean. It's OK for appearances, but as soon as you run your finger over the headboard, you'll understand what I mean. -the absence of a window. When we woke up at 9, we couldn't believe it - it was pitch dark and there was no airing. - the Internet is terrible. Just because the routers were illiterate - the Wi-Fi signal was weak. - it is impossible to drink tea from a teapot. Only the boiler at the reception and the purchase of tea for 2k for one package. - lack of a table and a chair for work, in the room, everywhere. There was a coffee table at the reception and two tables on the outdoor terrace, where the oak and rain. - the staff is not particularly friendly, except for Samira. - There was a power and water outage for several hours in two days. But this is not the fault of the hotel, but the peculiarities of Samarkand and its districts. -+ the TV has the ability to watch only via the Internet, there is no television itself. And it is small, and the bed is far away and if your eyesight is poor, then this may be a problem. We lived there in the first half of November.
