Today we visited the Tekin Usta Ice Cream branch on the Datca central coast. To try their ice creams, we first wanted to taste peach, then lemon varieties. However, it was conveyed by the employees with a rather harsh attitude that there can only be one tasting for each person. We have also seen the same attitude from different employees. Even though we didn't like the products, we bought two balls of ice cream for our child so that the right wouldn't pass, but because he didn't like it either, we had to throw away what we bought and went somewhere else. The branch's communication with the customer in this way was upsetting both from the point of view of artisanship and from the point of view of customer satisfaction. Our only request is to show the necessary sensitivity about communication and approach with the customer and to correct such harsh attitudes.
