For the second year I have been coming here on Ingo insurance, that year I was observed by a woman in whose honor certificates are hanging in the hall, now the attending physician is Ike. I like everything, nice kind people, the quality of their work. Ultrasound cleaning, filling, nerve removal - everything is fine. I will continue treatment there and after insurance cases.

Psychotherapist Elena Davtyan prescribed lamotrigine in this clinic with serious deviations from the clinical recommendations (5 days 25 mg, 5 days 50 mg, 5 days 75 mg, clinical recommendations clearly indicate 25 mg for the first 1-2 weeks adjusted for patient weight for young patients), as a result, Stevens Johnson syndrome developed. They did not warn about the possibility of such a serious reaction, nor about the symptoms that are worth paying attention to (only the rash, but when the rash started it was too late, it was necessary to pay attention to the symptoms of acute respiratory viral infections and immediately stop taking the drug). Don't go to her, she's an unfit doctor, she's crippling people. https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC8146560/ "Severe reactions like SJS are more likely when lamotrigine is administered at an elevated starting dose, rapidly titrated, or administered with valproic acid. To minimize SJS risk, strict starting doses and titration schedules have been developed. Furthermore, younger patients should receive lamotrigine based on a mg/kg calculation instead of the adult dosing regimen to decrease incidence of SJS." Here are the clinical guidelines: https://www.drugs.com/dosage/lamotrigine.html
