Nice restaurant, new. Nice view from the veranda. We took several types of rolls, we really liked them, especially tempura with eel. The salmon steak is also great. The duck is at a very high level. The author's cocktails are beyond praise! There are few people, the restaurant is not particularly promoted, apparently, but it's for the best) we settled under the dome on the veranda and met the sunset with a view of Ararat on Saturday evening) I recommend you to visit if you respect Japanese cuisine, we liked everything! We will be back ;)

We had good impressions from the visit. The only significant disadvantage is the tables near the window, which do not have a hole for the legs, you constantly have to turn left and right to somehow accommodate. I liked that the food does not explode from banal spices, but has a delicate and natural taste. Salmon tartare seems to be one of the best things I've eaten in my life. However, gyoza are similar to ordinary dumplings, they are easily digested - and this is the main thing, but as it seemed to me, gyoza is slightly fried to a light, golden and crispy crust - so the dish will sparkle with new colors. Plus, since the gyoza is with beef, the truffle sauce would be a great addition. Bao with crab - I would like the dough to be more airy, similar to a bun. There are no questions about the filling - everything is super. We also ordered Philadelphia rolls with mango - it was unusual. I am glad that the sauce was not just spilled nearby, but in the form of an unusual droplet that gives a slight hint of flavor. Desserts - everything that was taken - was unusual and delicious, in particular it was mochi and popsicle. ---- Overall, we had a good, tasty and relatively budget-friendly meal - thank you. Considering that you seem to be delivering your food to the hotel rooms, I would definitely and definitely like to live in a hotel with such a restaurant.
