The location is very convenient: near the river and the park, several playgrounds and sports grounds. The developer is one of the most reliable, you can hardly find the best quality from others for these funds. The layout of the apartments, in my opinion, is one of the most thoughtful. The infrastructure will already be all in our house, as the developer says, but when there is delivery, the presence of a store nearby is not important at all. I definitely recommend it. The architects did their best!

Feedback on the work of the sales department. We got in touch right away in Viber. They offered an option. We got in touch on the phone. We agreed to come to the sales department. We waited for more than half an hour. A consultant came, showed another apartment and said that they had a rush and that he needed to go, that he would show us, they would send us an empty one in Viber. To the question that we want to conclude a contract for the chosen apartment, the lawyer is busy, come another time. I mean, another time? At the same time, a consultant girl next to the family showed the layout on a tablet, told about the area, about the features of the apartment and building plans. No luck :) Contact the girl consultants if you want some kind of pleasant experience. And there are also people of Qigang appearance who run over a girl at the reception. What is urgent for them, and only 10 minutes of questions, let the consultants drop everything and go to them. I'm very sorry for the girl at the reception. The area will probably be interesting. Perhaps we will try in the future, when the "hype subsides" and employees will have more than 5 minutes per customer.
